You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags and packaging intact.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety, the following cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

Opened or used spa products (e.g., oils, lotions, scrubs)
Undergarments, bodysuits, or swimwear
Slippers that show visible signs of wear
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order within 2-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
